50 кв. метрів (розмір річної орендної плати за використання нерухомого майна – 1 гривня);
- народних депутатів України, депутатів місцевих рад (крім випадків, передбачених пунктом 13 Методики розрахунку орендної плати за майно комунальної власності територіальної громади м. Одеси, затвердженої рішенням Одеської міської ради від 05.02.2025
